Cancellations And Refunds Policy

GCIL believes in helping its customers as far as possible and therefore, has a liberal Cancellation Policy. Under this policy, cancellations will be considered only up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment, after which it cannot be cancelled.

 

If we suspect any fraudulent transaction or a transaction that defies the terms and conditions of using the Website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders with/ without providing any notification to you.

 

Placed orders can be cancelled 12 hours before the scheduled appointment by reaching out to our customer care. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 7 business days after the cancellation request is processed. Please note that your order cannot be cancelled after the time frame mentioned above.

 

For payments done through credit/ debit cards or net banking, UPI, or any online mode, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 7 business days from the date of us receiving the products back. It may take an additional 3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

 

Refunds

 

In case you would want a refund for your booked service, please send us an email with the Invoice to info@geneticcousellingindia.com, up to 12 hours before your scheduled appointment. We would require 6-8 hours to revert.

 

You will be eligible for a full refund without incurring any additional charges if the order is cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

 

We levy 50% cancellation charges in case an appointment is cancelled by you from 24 to 12 hours, before the scheduled appointment time.

 

We levy 100% cancellation charges in case an appointment is cancelled by you less than 12 hours, before the scheduled appointment time.

 

All refunds will be processed based on the mode of payment used by you while placing the order. Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit card to the credit/ debit card within 10 working days from the date of receiving your products back from the logistics provider and the refund will reflect in the next statement. Orders placed by net banking accounts will be credited back to the same bank account within 8-9 days from the date of receiving your products back from the logistics provider. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Delivery Policy

 

Services will be provided as per the scheduled appointment time. The tracking id will be intimated once it is booked.

 

We reserve the right to pause services to any part of the country at any time if so warranted.

 

Changes in the Cancellation, Returns and Refunds Policy

 

We keep our Cancellation and Refund Policy under review to make sure it is up-to-date and accurate. Any changes we make to this Policy in the future will be posted on this page. We reserve the right to change or update this Policy at any time without any prior intimation to you. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on our Website. You are required to review the Policy regularly to keep yourself abreast of the changes, if any.
